APPLICATION  

STEEL: All of the surface should be clean, dry and without dirt, surface shall be carried out in accordance
with the ISO8504 treatment. Bare steel cleanliness : Sandblasting to Sa2.5 level.
Roughness: 30-75 um using appropriate sand cut and shot blasting materials.
Other surface: Aluminum and galvanized surface, need to oil removal, mild polishing and sand.
Stainless steel surface, need to mild polishing processing or Use do not contain chloride of non-metallic abrasive sand.
Don’t apply at relative humidity above 85% or when the surface is less than 3℃ above
the dew point.
Don’t apply if there is rain or snow.
BRUSH/ROLLER: Suitable for small areas only. Apply even coats of the mixed material to the prepared surface. Thinner is not recommended. Thin if necessary with up to 0-5% with Special Thinner.
CONVENTIONAL SPRAY: Thinning is not normally required, however 0-5% of Special Thinner can be added.
AIRLESS SPRAY: Thinning is not normally required, however 0-5% of Special Thinner can be added.Jet pressure is 12-15MPa and fluid tip is 0.3-0.48 mm.
Previous coat: Epoxy resin coating, Chlorinated rubber paint, kinds of anticorrosive paint and Polyurethane acrylate coating.
CLEAN UP: with Special Thinner
